Edward E Ick and Annie Ick

Hi,
I'm interested in any information regarding this couple who travelled from Antigua to Australia on the Seringapatam in 1855. I am particularly interested in the ancestry of 2 young Trott boys (Adolphus and Julian) who travelled with them. Adolphus was the Son of John Alexander Trott and Georgina Ick. Any information on any of these people would be great!!!

I saw your reply to Anthony re Thomas Ick. I am also a descendant through their daughter, Jane Paddock who married Samuel Lowry ( my g-grandparents). Would like to exchange info if you are interested.

I am a descendant of Thomas Ick (baptised 16.7.1826, married 23.9.1857 to Agnes Margaret Eliza Tolmie, died 1895) through their daughter, Jane Paddock Ick (1870 - 1945)
Thomas' parents were James (1781 - 1847) and Jane Paddock (1795 - 1832). They married on the 20.5.1812.
Jane Paddock was born at Adbaston, Stafford to Francis Paddock and Frances Bellingham.

If anyone has further information on Thomas Ick, I would be very interested. I have researched my family tree on my mothers side back to Thomas, who was my GGGrandfather.
