A distant relative of mine was Andrew Iffland, Jackson Matrass Factory (Jackson, Tennessee).
Eduard / Edward was born in Dingelstädt, Eichsfeld, Thuringia, Germany in 1875 in died in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio in 1962. He had left Germany in the mid-1850s together with his brother Josef.
He married a Mary (?)
As my maiden name is Iffland, too, I did research the Iffland line and have Edward's line back until 1658.

I'm very interested in knowing what happened to his children Julia *1911 (probably Jackson) and Andrew * 1915 (probably Jachson)I'd be happy to share info with US relatives.
