Humphrey and Katherine Ilive had the following children: Humphrey 1650, Elizabeth 1653, Elizabeth 1656, Katherine 1651, Richard 1654. Humphrey remarries after Katherine's death to Susanna Goodman in 1657 in Stamford Lincs. Humphrey and Susanna had Thomas 1658 and Isack 1661. We have not been able to find any marriages for any of their male children. For the next 200 years, the name Humphrey becomes common in this branch of the Iliff family. By 1735 the family has taken up residence in Crick Northampton. One part of the family resided in Husband Bosworth Leicestershire.
