I am starting to research my family history. I have only been working on this for a few weeks and am already swamped with names and dates. I am looking for additional information on Reverand Levi Lee Inabinet b.1804 d.1866, Asbury Vaughan Inabinet and Marcella Annie Inabinet (Vaughn and Marcella were brother and sister)My daddys daddy and his father at one point moved to Pickens SC. This is where I believe they lived and died. I am at a stand still and cannot find any additional info. I do know that my gr gr gr and my gr gr gr gr grands were preachers. I have located and recently visited Prospect Methodist Church in Jamison, Orangburg SC. There I located several tombstones with the Inabinet name. I also visited Limestone Methodist in Wolfton, SC the same day and there is where I became overwhemled. I want to make a trip to Pickens, but would like a few leads before I go. If you can be of any help please email me. Like I said, I am new at this and have several listings....but kinda lost on my next move. Also, one last note...While on my trip to OB I was able to visit a family who told me a little about a Shelton Elmer Inabinet who lived on the land across the street. He was known by S.E. Inabinet b/c he didn't like the name Elmer. I was told he passed around the 1940's. Any info on him as well would be very appreciated.
