John Ingersoll(2) was born in 1645. He died about 1716. "Old Kittery and Her Families" - Stackpole, ppg 547: John Ingersoll, son of George of Falmouth, grandson of Richard of Bedforshire, Eng., and Salem, Mass., had a grant in Kittery in 1671. He married Deborah, daughter of Hugh Gunnison and died about 1716. See Maine Wills. July 8, 1728, Deborah Ingersoll, aged 83, deposed that she lived at Falmouth 'fifty years since on a farm lying up old Casco River.'
He was married to Deborah Gunnison about 1669. Children were: John Ingersoll, Elisha Ingersoll, Nathaniel Ingersoll, Ephraim Ingersoll, Deborah Ingersoll, Mary Ingersoll, Rachel Ingersoll, Abigail Ingersoll.
