I am searching the boards trying to start my family tree. On my Dad's side, his grandfather was Daniel Ingram and his grandmother was Rebecca Elizabeth Holbart Ingram. I think they were fromNorth Carolina and then Georgia. My grandfather (their son) was Nunnaly E Ingram, B. 1910 in Bartow Co. Ga. Died in 1952 in Rome Ga.
Any help you can give a "newbie" would be greatly appreciated!

i am doing a class research paper on the geneology of my family, and I am looking for the grandparent of my Great grandmother Estelle Ingram. Her parents were Gus Ingram and Matilda (Clifton) Ingram. She had 6 brothers and 3 sisters she was born on Dec. 19, 1892 and died on Dec. 17, 1937. The information that you had posted about your Ingrams being from SC made me curious about the connection, and if their was any at all.

my grandfather, my father is Gary Dean Ingram
Born in 1945 in Windsor,VT. Stanley was
married to Harriet Yattew also deceased.

lucius is an unusual name, and that's why it caught my eye. my brother's name is lucius stanley ingram.....what a coincidence.....but my ingram family came from the carolina's to ga. then to alabama.
