Hey! My mom was born in Bloke and her maiden name is Intihar. I found out one of her father's brothers or relatives went to US in 1900; his name was Frank/Franc Intihar. He went to Pueblo, Colorado. I don't know if there was any Jernej's in the family but there could be a connection.
This is what was found:
"And here is an immigration record of a Jernej INTIHAR, which the modern-day transcribers at Ancestry saw as
First Name: Jernej
Last Name: Jutihar
Ethnicity: Austrian, Slovenian
Last Place of Residence: Blake
Date of Arrival: Jul 15, 1903
Age at Arrival: 24y Gender: M Marital Status: S
Ship of Travel: Kaiser Wilhelm II
Port of Departure: Bremen
Manifest Line Number: 0026
Blake is perhaps Velike Bloke 18.4 miles south of Ljubljana."
