Has anyone researched this family beyond what is written in the Descendants of John Irish ... p. 181?
I think I may have a connection to this line but have been unable to document it.
Isaac C. Irish born abt 1811 in CT (death record of his son Samuel says his father Isaac was born Lebanon, CT.)
1810 census - Lebanon CT has 1 Irish family headed by Job Irish.
1820 Finds a Job Irish in Columbia, CT.
1840 Census finds Job Irish and Isaac Irish heading households in Southbridge, MA.
Isaac Irish married Lucy Dodge in Southbridge, MA on 13 Jan 1840.
I have plenty of information and documentation to share on the descendants of Isaac and Lucy. I am looking for documentaion and information to support or refute the theory that Isaac C. Irish was a son of Job Irish and Betsey O'Brian. I have not found mention of this family in the Barbour Collection.
