My mother's father was an Ish. His grandfather is from the Carey, Ohio area. His name was John C. ISCH and he married Nancy Ann Grady. They had 10 children (Jacob, William (my ggrandfather), John, David, Nancy, James, Charles, Firdnana, George, and Mary ISCH.) John was born in Switzerland about 1821. John's son William, my ggrandfather ended up in Montana and raised his family near Great Falls, Montana(1885). Could the Bible you wrote about be connected?
