This is a long shot...but my greatgrandmother, Emma Emily Isch could have been in that area...She married Joseph A. Siemer before the turn of the century in Morrow, Ohio...eventually settling in Corning, Ohio...this could have been a nickname for her...She was born in France and came with her mother and Father to Wichita, Kansas...Joseph met her there and brought her back to the Morrow area...
