Wilda P. Isenberg
Wilda Pearl Isenberg, 88,
died Tuesday, June 28, 2011,
at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.
She was born April 6, 1923, in Huntingdon,
a daughter of the late John Whittaker Isenberg and Carrie Emma (Miles) Isenberg.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen A. Haley and her husband, Joseph D. Haley Jr., of Export; one grandson, Steve J. Haley and his wife, Kimberly R. (Domasky), of Greensburg; and one great-grandchild, Jack Haley, of Greensburg.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by five brothers, Eugene, Fred, Harold, Donald and Francis Isenberg.
She was retired from the Pittsburgh School for the Blind, Pittsburgh, where she was employed for 10 years.
She enjoyed participating in church activities and functions and also was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at 4 p.m. Thursday at the JOHN B. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 417 Washington St., Huntingdon, PA 16652, with the Rev. Greg Lloyd. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon.
