I am looking for more information on LeRoy Ish/Isch born in Mansfield, Richland, Ohio. I am told that he moved to Indiana but unknown as to where.

I did find a Roy Isch born 16 Jul 1915 and died 14 May 1994 and resided in Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana, but I do not know if this is whom I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
