FORMER RENOITE MARRIED AT GOLDFIELD

Milton C. Ish and Miss Evelyn
Roach were married at Goldfield last
week. It was the first marriage in
the new mining camp and on account
of the prominence and popularity of
the young couple was an important
matter of interest in the bonanza
district.

Justice of the Peace Collins of
Goldfield performed the ceremony,
which was witnessed by a large number
of friends and many relatives of
the happy couple.

Mr. Ish is well known in Reno. He
resided here for a long time, but when
Tonopah and Goldfield began attracting
attention he cast his lot in the
southern portion of the state and immediately
his efforts were crowned
with success. Despite the fact that
he is now reputed to be one of Nevada's
wealthy men, Milton C Ish is
still the same old "Milt" to his hundreds
of friends.

Miss Roach that was for a long
time made her her home in Tonopah
and is one of the belles of Nye county.

Mr. and Mrs Ish will make their
home at Goldfield. Their many friends
throughout Nevada join with the
Journal in wishing them all the happiness
that falls to the lot of a well mated couple.
