I am looking for any information on the parents of Robert Decatur Isreal b. Mar 23, 1823 (PA) and d. Jan 9, 1908 (CA) who married Maria Arcadia Alipaz Machado know alot about Robert but nothing of his family before moving to California

father's name: Joseph Israel (bricklayer)
mother's name: Mary Witherspoon
know this but can not find any supporting info.
Somethings that I have found but can't support is that in some way he is related to Israel Israel and Hannah Erwin Israel.

Would like any help that can be given.
