I am decended from Arthur IHSEN from Pittsburg, Pa, father Herman or Heirich Ihsen. Little known of family history, am piecing things together, he'd said there were other spellings, Issen, Eisen, etc. German probably Eisen, going back to Phillip III Waldheim-Eisen married to Anne of Cleves (her next husband was Henry VIII) There was a Ihsen in the Civil war...and Arthur had many siblings...we may have connection. Lynn Ihsen Peterson, born Erie, Pa 1947, now in Oregon
