Greetings everyone,
I am Patricia J Jacka, grandaughter of Clyde Jacka of Kansas. Clyde married Viola B Sinclair and moved to Washington state in the late 30's. They had 4 children: John, Jerry, Betty, and a fourth who died at a very young age. All three siblings currently reside in Lewis County Washington. Clyde passed away in 1980.
Jerry Jacka has three children: Sherry, Suzie, and Jim. Jim has no offspring that carry the Jacka name that I'm aware of.
I still carry the Jacka name and do not plan on changing it at the time of marriage. I am the only offspring of John Jacka and Geraldine Spencer. I now reside in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Betty has 4 offspring. One son and three daughters. None have chose to carry the Jacka name.
Just thought I would give you an update. Perhaps this will up your percentages in Washington state and now Utah.
