Leonard Jackley is pictured in the 1942 yearbook of the Goodfellow Field class 42-I of flight cadets. Goodfellow Field is in San Angelo, TX.

Were Jackley Catholic? Is the name Swiss? Any info appreciated. Our line is supposedly Catholic and Swiss. Have little info to go on.

Trying to find info on Caroline JACKLEY supposedly born about 1844 Walworth Surrey even Newington. Her parents are William JACKLEY and Maryann. I can find no marriage for this couple but have them on the 1871 + 1881 census I have the birth cert for the daughter Maryann Rhodes which states her mother was a JACKLEY I have the in laws William and Maryann JACKLEY living with the family. any help on this family would be great

my dads dad was adopted by the jackley's so my grandfathers last name originally was thomas. gosh so confusing...i know that my great grandma clovie scholfield was indian and lived in kent iowa untill she passed a few years ago. any one with more info would be great.

i believe my fathers , fathers name was ray jackley .my dad was adopted by the jackleys. how do i get a hold of her?

i'm not sure about iowa jackley's, i do know that there are many in Illinois, Missouri, Wisc and Min....maybe contact kate, the only polish jackley! she is doing a family history, Ray jackley's daughter, the horse thief..........jeff

MOST JACKLEYS THAT CAME FROM GERMANY WERE FROM WERTONBURG(SPELLING IS WRONG),GERMANY. THERE REAL NAME WAS JACKLE WITH AN OMLOT OVER THE A . I TALKED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AT MERCEDES IN STUTTGART, GERMANY. JACKLE IS A VERY COMMON NAME IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF GERMANY.

I'am a Jackley born in Brighton, Kenosha, Wisconisn area.
My great-grandfather was Charles Jackley, and I think my
great-grandmother was Magelene Poss. That came over
from Germany. If you have and info on other one I would be
very interested.

Is Johann the son of Peter Joseph Jackele and Anna Catherine Simons who married Feb. 14, 1819 in Blankenheim? My husband is a descendant of Anna Catherine's brother, Christoph Simons, who immigrated to Brown County along with his brother, Heinrich. I have extensive family lines on them as well as the Raetz/Reetz line. Would you be interested in exchanging information? I would love to be able to complete that line of the family.

Another author on this message board said that you are descended from Peter Jackele, son of Peter Joseph Jackele and Anna Catherine Simons of Blankenheim. My Jackleys emigrated from Blankenheimerdorf, Germany in the 1850s settling in the Kenosha, WI area. I descend from Johann. I see a previous post by Shirley Jackley -- her husband descends from Peter, the brother of Johann. I'm interested in corresponding with any Jackleys connected to either of these lines (TLThies@aol.com).

the eairlest jackley i know was 1913 but im sure theres more . i am a jackley. looking for past reletives and trying to put family tree together
