No kidding? I have just finished uncovering a scandalous story from 1910 along those lines on my Mom's side!
In uncle Alvin's reminiscences of 1994 he wrote:
"I wanted to fill this page but they are all Jacklins and stay out of trouble so there is not much I can think of."

I can't imagine what life was like in Whonnock in 1911! It's no improvement on Parry Sound rock farming. If they were lumbermen there would be plenty to do. Otherwise its steep slopes, rock, blackberries, and forest. BJH
