I'm having no luck whatsoever researching a woman named Nancy Ellen Jacques. The last name might alternatively be Jacque. I don't know her exact date of birth, but she was born sometime in the early-mid 1950s. She also lived in Portland, Oregon, in the early-mid 1970s. Any pointers would be much appreciated.
