There are three different Jakubowski families in Toledo. The line I am from originated in the Chicago area. For the most part we have all but died out or the name has. My father was the last one and he had six daughters. Try looking up the owners of Jug's Bowling Center it at one time was owed by a family with the last name of Jakubowski.
