Help! I'm stuck! My great-grandfather was Ignatz Jakubowski (Born 2/1/1888 in Poland, Died 3/18/1957 in Connecticut) immigrated to US (New York?) in Fall of 1909 or 1908. He married Marianna Rembecka while still in Poland (2/17/1909 or 1908). She was born 2/2/1888 or 1990 in Poland and died 3/3/1964 in Connecticut. She came to US later than Ignatz - sometime before June 1910. Ignatz had 2 brothers - one immigrated to US and probably lived in Massachusetts. Other brother (probably older than Ignatz) immigrated to South America (probably before 1908/09) after being forced to fight in Russian Army. Marianna had 2 sisters - at least one came to US (maybe with Marianna) named Rose Rembecka. I know this is a lot,but that's all I have and I can't go further. Anyone have any suggestions/ideas/leads? Thanks!
