JAMASON in IA/IL/IRE

Looking for any information on Jamason surname. Particularly Hugh Jamason, who came to the United States in 1847 from Ireland with his wife and children. He settled in Dupage County, Illinois then ended up in Fort Dodge, Webster County, Iowa where he is buried. Most of his children remained in Iowa.

Viola and Russell from Iowa

Russell Jamason from Iowa is my father. The problem is that this Russell Jamason was not married to Viola. Viola Jamason was originally a Reed and was married to Paul Jamason. The Jamasons that are in question in the original query are not related to the Jamasons posted by Richard Jamason (who happens to be my apparently very confused first cousin). There are another set of Jamasons that are located in the New York area. I have been in contact with them on and off. The contact is Paul Jamason who can be found by plugging the surname into a search engine. His father Barry Jamason lives in South Dakota.
