Took me since 1974, but finaly found Ruth Jamieson married Archie Owen Roberts 8th of Feb, 1921. Every bit of info that was on the 1920 census for Wayne Co. Mi. was wrong. She was 19 years of age, father George and mother Mary(Mae) Herr. 1920 cesus for Deckerville, Sanilac co. Mi. list George W. Jamieson as head of household, 49(1871) b.Canada-Eng, father b. Ireland, mother b. England.
Wife Mary, 43 (1877) b.Mi. father b. France, mother b. Germany. Children include. Ruth 16, William 15, Irene 11, Burtha 9, George age 7, John Harry 3 and Clifton 2.
In 1930 this family includes Grace b.1928 and are in Dearborn, Wayne Co Mi. Age and bithdates conflict between the two census but all born Mi. Does anyone have info on this family? I must still have cousins out there. Church and cemetery locations near Banner Ave in Dearborn? Also might be an Opdyke connection, but I don't know how.
