Jamiesons near Toronto, early 1800s

Surnames: Jamieson, Christie
I am searching for the roots of my ggg.grandmother Isabelle Jamieson, who married Matthew Christie in Erindale (now Mississauga, Ontario) in 1830. They moved to Ancaster/Hamilton area where most of their 10 children were born, then to northern Wellington Co. and finally to Sault, Michigan. I suspect one Matthew Jamieson was her brother, he too ended up in northern Well. Co., and she may have had a father named John or James in the Mississauga area. Any information?
