I am looking for a family of Jandas who settled in Berwyn, Illinois around 1880 from Czech. Anton Janda was a stone mason/brick layer from Prague and married ? who's family originally came from Pilsen, Czech. Anton and his wife had Anna Barbara,Matilda, Mary, Frank, Charles, and Anton Janda Jr. Anna Barbara Janda b. 3-24-1885 or 6 married John Fred Anders 3-20-1909. Matilda Janda married ? Kadara and had Ed, Blanche, Billy, Erwin, Irene, and Adelia. Mary Janda married John Jeric or Jirak and lived in Cicero, Cook County, Illinois. John worked at the McCormick Deering Plant. Frank Janda lived over his Mother's house. Anton Jr. was a pattern maker for cloth (tailor) and had Woodrow and Mildred. All of the children were born in Berwyn.
