MELDZUK - Charlotte B. ( nee Janiak ) Meldzuk of North Tonawanda, suddenly Monday (February 18, 1985) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Meldzuk was a life-long resident of North Tonawanda.
Beloved wife of Casimer A. Meldzuk; dearest mother of Walter (Tae-Sun) and Joseph (Linda) Meldzuk; proud grandmother of four grandchildren; dear sister of John (Bernice), Chester (Jane), Miss Stella Janiak, Mrs. Mary Dombrowski, the late Mrs. Jean (Jerome) Nehl and Mrs. Helen Barberio; also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family will be present to receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Saber-Skomski Funeral Home, 549 Oliver St., No. Tonawanda where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
