JANIAK – Andrew Janiak, 66, who resided with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Palasiak at 245 East Ave., North Tonawanda, died Sunday morning (Nov. 15, 1959) at the North Town Nursing Home, Sweeney St., after a long illness. He was born in Poland and had resided in North Tonawanda about 47 years. He was a retired employee of Tonawanda Iron. He was a member of the Polish National Alliance, Lodge 983. Survivors include his wife Anna, and two brothers, Michael and John Janiak, all of Poland. Five nieces and two nephews also survive. Funeral services Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from Niagara Memorial Chapels, 549 Oliver St., and at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, the Rev. Vincent L. Cyman officiating. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Chapel hours 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
