I have a somewhat obscure connection.

My great grandmother Mary Offer Hoffmann lived with or took care of Theodore (it was reported in our family history they were married, but have never been able to prove that). This was around 1912-1915 in the town of Maine, Marathon County. Not sure how this fits into the family history on your end.
