I am wondering if anyone has more information on the Janitor family of southwest Pennsylvania. My grandmother was Anna Delores Janitor Gambol. Anna married Francis (Frank) Gambol in Muddy Creek Township, Pennsylvania in a civil ceremony then they were married again in a church in Cleveland. Her parents were Slovaks, Michael and Anna Ondre/Ondrje Janitor and they migrated from Austria-Hungary. I found some Janitors in the census listings, but do not know the relationships to Michael and Anna.
