Floyd Robert Brown was born August 4, 1937 in Chillicothe, Ohio, his mother's name was Gladys Marie Brown and she later married Herman Washburn. Floyd died on November 24, 1979 in Tyler, Texas. He had children Keith Brown of N.C. and Terry Lynn Brown of S.C., he married Joyce Elaine Cowan and they had 3 children, Dewain, Gregoary and Angela.
