I need help. I have 3 pieces of information that I know is true - the 1918, 1920, and 1930 info below. However, I am having trouble tracing John Henry. He lists his birthplace as Maryland and also in Virginia.

These three items, i believe are true:
In 1918, John Henry registered for the draft - roll # 1712095. He lived at 264 Sanford Street, East Orange, New Jersey. He was 34 and his birthdate was July 6, 1884. He was a wood worker for Clark and Co. in Newark, NJ. Closest relative was Isabella Jarman (same address). John was Medium height, stout build. His eyes were grey and his hair was brown. He lost 3 fingers on his right hand.

In 1920, John H. (36), Isabella (34), and William (2 1/12) rented at 264 Sanford Street, East Orange Ward 3, Essex, New Jersey. John was born in Maryland as was his father. His mother was born in Maryland. Isabella was born in Pennsylvania as were her parents. John was a wood worker. Jarman could have been spelled Jarmon or Jarmin. per the 1920 United States Federal Census > New Jersey > Essex > East Orange Ward 3 > District 40.

In 1930, Henry (44), Isabella (43), William (12) and Emma (7) lived on Ashby Avenue, Livingston Township, Essex County, New Jersey. per the 1930 Census. John was 26 when he married Isabella at age 25. They owned their house - value $6,000. John was born in Virginia, his father in England, and his mother in Germany. John was a carpenter and was not a veteran. Per the 1930 United States Federal Census > New Jersey > Essex > Livingston > District 485.

I was able to locate this information, but have no idea how to see if this is the John Henry that I am looking for:
In 1900, William H. (June 1856 age 43) and Ellen R. (Oct 1858 age 41) lived with their children John H. (July 1883 age 17), Peter F. (July 1884 age 17), Seygurney (May 1886 age 14), Paul T.(Jan 1888 age 12), Alfred (July 1889 age 7), Myrtle (Sept 1891 age 8), Madge N. (Jun 1894 age 5), and Virginia (Dec 1895 age 4). William and Ellen were married for 21 years. Ellen has had 10 children, 8 of whom are still living. William and Ellen were both born in Maryland, as were their parents. John and Peter were also born in Maryland. the rest of the children were born in Delaware. William was a farmer and Henry and Peter were farm laborers. Per the 1900 United States Federal Census > Delaware > Sussex > Indian River > District 95

Any help is appreciated.
