I have the certificate of Marriage for Joseph and Mary (Stefanowicz) Jarzabek. Married January 20, 1913 @ St. Marys Church in Middletown, Connecticut.

Joeseph's parents are listed as:
John Jarzabek and Josepha (Sharb)

Mary's parents are listed as
Michael Stefanowicz and Agnes (Lappa)

I also have Joseph's death certificate which shows he was born on April 6, 1888 (in Melicz, Poland) and died on June 8, 1942 (Middletown Ct)
It also states that his parents are John Jarzabek and Katherine Poluch. Both are from Melicz Poland.

Having two different names as Josephs mother confuses me.
Does anyone KNOW these names? Katherine Poluch or Josepha Sharb?
