Does anyone know what type of documentation proves the children of Isaac & Mary? I have seen posts that they had at least five sons and three daughters, although the names of the daughters are not known, but for the sons there was Benjamin, Stephen, Henry, Jotham and possibly Zopher. Was it a deed record in PA or NY?

Has anyone researched the Joathan Jeans/Janes of Floyd & Morgan Co., KY? I am sure it is just a coincidence that the names are so familiar to each other, but I just can't help but wonder if Joathan/Jothan didn't start out as Jotham.
