Perhaps we are related. My father Thomas Jeal, grandson of Thomas Jeal, born in Edenbridge, Oct.24, 1835, later moved to Croydon, then the whole family moved to Canada in 1888. Thomas' father was John Jeal christened 20 Jan 1805 in Edenbridge, Kent and he married Sarah ? born in 1803 in Gadalmiry, Surrey. John was a lath render in the 1841 census.
