Hi Phillip, I have been looking for about four years on something about William Jeffrey and so far I have found nothing as far as who his parents were, I have found out quite about him and his family but that is about it so far. I am inclined to believe that he was Cherokee. Its just a theory but no one seems to be able to find anything. Roger Jeffrey
