The William I am looking for was born in North Carolina around 1784. He spent his life in Boone,Virginia/West Virginia married to an Elizabeth. I have seen alot of trees suggesting a first wife Virginia Jane McFarland (1773-1818), however I have yet to find a record of that. He had a son Milton that I believe is my gggggrandfather. Any info on that family would be greatly appreciated:) Thanks.
