I am the grandson of Ray and Lottie Jefts. I have their picture archive that include photos and some letters back to the Civil War.
Two other updates for you. The Indian heritage in the family is from the Mohican tribe. Also, Robert, one of Ray & Lottie's sons, died of cancer in 1965. Donald Jefts is still living in Arkansas after retiring from the Board of Gulf oil. He earned a Silver and a Bronze Star during World War 2 as a member of the 10th Mountain Division in Italy. He was participated in the famous "night climb" assault on Monte Casino. Berverly Jefts, my Mother, is alive and well in Colorado.
