Hi Melissa,

I have been writing biographies of the men who pastored my church in Ludington, Michigan. I completed a biography of Rev. Peter Jentoft. I did not know he married a second time but that could be possible. His last years were spent in Chicago and he died in 1910. He was burried next to his first wife in Manistee, Michigan. He seemed to have come out of retirement and pastored one more time, late in life, in a Baptist Church in Chicago.

I would be glad to send you a copy of the biography I wrote.

Hello, I realize your post is really old, but I too am interested in this man. Are you family? My connection is that he married my gggrandmother in 1901 in Chicago. They did not have children, as they were both advanced in age. Her name was Jane Wood Barker. I would just like to know more about him. Thanks Melissa

I am interested in learning more about Rev. Peter Jentoft who was pastor of the Scandinavian Baptist Church of Ludington, Michigan between 1877 and 1886.
