Charles Otto Jernberg and Mary Ericksdotter

I'm tracing my Jernberg roots back as far as I can. These two people relocated from Sweden to Idaho (Pocatello and Terreton I think.) I'm also told Charles original surname may be Andersen. Any information would be very helpful!

Hello, Mona. I am researching a Buschow line here in Nebraska, USA, and discovered your message. Oscar S. Jernberg married to an Elizabeth Bringelson with birth dates matching those you posted here were the parents of six children, one of which, Laura Elvira, married Frank Charles Buschow, a brother of my husband's grandfather. Go to Storfors- write your search in the space below.
In the space called anvandarnamn, write your name.
In the space called Losenord, leave it blank.
When finish with your writing, send the message by clicking Skicka Meddelande.
Storfors is in Varmland. Can you scan the passport you have on her and send it to me?

I am the 2nd daughter of Edna May Jernberg who was the number 6 daughter of Peter(Per) F Jernberg and H. Caroline Jernberg. My Mother Pearl Simms had a sister named Pansy Simms who md a Victor Jernberg. They lived in West Texas (maybe
Stinett) Pansy and Vic had three boys Vic, Jr. Bobby and Paul. Would love to hear from them or about them

my grandmother was KARIN EMILIE JERNBERG, married Nilsen, changed name to NORDEM

Her father was Arne, son of Emil, who both came from Sweden (don`t know where). Today only living Jernberg I know is Tore (m)

I am your father, Marvin Jernberg's cousin. My mother, Helen, was the sister of Conrad, Marvin's father. There was a sister, Jennie who died in 1917, I think. There was also another brother, Paul who lived in Michigan. He died around 1988. I remember you and your family visiting us at our summer home on Chautauqua Lake, near Jamestown, when you and your sister were young. My mother died in 1983. I was searching the net, because I wondered what became of Marvin. I had never heard. We lost track of him after David died. I was about 9 or 10 when he was in the service, and I used to write letters to him. I hope this reaches you - I'd love to hear from you. -Marilyn Johnson

I'm looking for information about Oscar Sigfrid Jernberg from Warberg, Sweden. He was born 15 February and married Lizzie Bringelson, born 27 July 1858 in Amal, Sweden.

6 months before Oscar Sigfrid Jernberg left Sweden my great grand mother gave birth to his son, Mauritz Oscar, my grandfather. They were never married.

I'm really interested in finding now living relatives in US, who probably know nothing about their Swedish family. I also have information about Oscar Sigfrid's parents and other realtives. Of course any information about my great grand father is of interest.

Looking for Relatives of Jernberg, Elsa Viktoria (grandmother)

Born Dec. 9, 1904 in Sweden. Came to America in 1923 around October.
I have her passport can't read swedish, so not sure what town it says. It
looks like Varrmlam, Storfors, Sweden not sure about spelling of town.
Supposedly she had several sisters and brothers. Do not know anything
about them or who her parents were. She died in 1970. She married Sven Gustav
Wilhelm Lundberg on June 17, 1933. Had one daughter Shirley Elsa Lundberg
b 8/25/36 d 1/12/97. They lived in Bridgeport, CT or in what was called Blockrock
area. The daughter (Shirley) was my mother. Any information would be helpful.

Searching for a Charles Otto Jernberg. He was born 16/Sept/1867 in Sweden. He married Mary Erickson in 1888. He spent some time in the Chicago, Cook, Illinois area. S D and died Dec 12 1973 in Colville WA by
diabetes and flu. First marr. to Albert Victor Look in May 1919. He was born Nov 11
1897 and they had 8 children.
My great grandfather was the only one who stayed in Sweden.

My father's name was Marvin Jernberg. He lost contact with his mother and older brother when he was 5. He was born in 1922 in Jamestown, NY. His father's name was Conrad Gustave Jernberg. He died about 1934. Conrad had a brother, David, whom I knew a bit. David lived and died (abt 1960) in Jamestown,NY. I would love to find some relatives! Conrad and David' mother came from Sweden - I never knew her first name, but she raised my father after his parents were gone.

married Caroline Hallgren. Both where born in Sweden. Immigrated to USA and settled in South Dakota. His father, and brother also immigrated with him. Only the oldest brother remained in Sweden. My grandmother was Myrtle Caroline Jernberg. Let me know if you are related to this Jernberg family.
