My grandfather was given a book by one of his friends about his family history. The friend told my grandfather to read it. Low and behold if our last name, Jessee, was in it. I'm not sure on the specifics of the definition but there are some things I have read about. It involves, Creole, Cajun, Mediterrain Indian, Portugese, Black and some other things. I found it interesting but kinda weird. I have also heard that some of us were from Wardwich, England so it just depends on where each of our heritage starts. I always thought we were English but o well, I guess we're Melungeons. Write back!
