John JESSON , blacksmith, born 1846, Somersetshire, ENG Immigrated to McKean County, PA in 1880. He worked initially with a blacksmith named W.M. GODFREY. His wife Anna S, and daughter, Kitty joined him in 1882.
John was the son of William JESSON, blacksmith, born 1818 in Somersetshire, and his wife Ann. He was apprenticed to Benjamin Bennett, Blacksmith, in Somersetshire.
Kitty JESSON married John CANNON, born in PA.
Ann JESSON, age 81, is recorded as living in PA with John and Kitty CANNON in the 1930 census.
Kitty and John's daughter died in childbirth giving birth to a daughter, Blanche RICH, in 1914.
Any information regarding any of these people would be greatly appreciated. We would particularly be interested in the name of John and Kitty's daughter.
