Help with chincoteague Jesters

Surnames: Jester
Hi, I'm trying to find my family connection to the jesters of chincoteague. My grandmother was Peggy Jean Jester, and I believe her father was Ralph Jester, he was born in Chincoteague I believe and he died in Texas. All the information I have found so far contradicts this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
