I have just recently discovered that "my" Susannah is a descendant of Peter Jett (her father, Peter, mrd Rebecca Ann Bowen,then previous generations: Francis Jett mrd Sarah SAXTON, William Jett mrd Elizabeth HOSKINS, Peter, Sr. mrd Mary TRIPLETT.) I would like more info and would love to hear from others. I would also like to see if there is a connection between this Rebecca Bowen and the "other" Bowen line I descend form in Culpeper. Also, someone advised me to get the "Jett book." Where would I obtain a copy? The Francis Payne that Susannah married is on of the "Paynes of Virginia."
