More research has discovered Mary Jez's Chicago address at the time she applied for her social security card and her parents names Stanley Jez and Mary Szubrizt. Mary was born in Poland in 1888. She is buried in Calumet City IL. Can anyone help me with this quest? She was my grandmother.
