"PAIGE MACKENZIE JOHNSON, 18, of Ashburn, VA, a student at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, and a cheerleader with Cheer Madness All-Stars of Ashburn from 2001 to 2005, died Saturday, December 3, 2005 in Greenville, after being struck by a car.
Miss Johnson was born July 20, 1987 in Washington, D.C. to Trish Turley Stoskus of Ashburn and Matt Johnson of Mount Vernon. She attended St. Theresa Catholic School, Ashburn and graduated from Bishop O'Connell High School, Arlington in 2005.
Survivors also include her stepfather, David B. Stoskus of Ashburn; her father's wife, Allison L. Johnson of Mount Vernon; her stepmother, Mara Luper of Alexandria; her maternal grandparents, Kay and Roger Lavelle of South Port, NC; her paternal grandmother, Mary Mignosa; four brothers and sisters, Lauren Johnson and Christopher Johnson, both of Mount Vernon, Dyland Stoskus and Katelyn Stoskus, both of Ashburn; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 156 Catoctin Circle, Leesburg, VA. Services will be Tuesday at 12 Noon at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 21370 St. Theresa Ln., Ashburn, VA. Burial will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Herndon.
