I am looking for additional information regarding Simon Jonas. b. 1720 in Rhenish Palatinate Germany d. 1798 in South Carolina.

He had two children that I know of, a son named John and a daughter named Mariah Barbara. I have not been able to get any further back in the line than this so far.
