A distant relation of mine, Jemima Gratton (1788-c.1857), married a Mr. Joslin in western New York. They had at least six children, Artemus (b. c.1812 in Genesee Co., NY), Jerusha (b. c. 1814 in Genesee Co., m. Herman G. Button), Francis S. (b. Apr. 1824, Genesee Co.), Lamont [?], Cornelia, and Julia (b. c. 1829, Genesee Co., m. Nathan Hadley). Jemima, Artemus, Francis, Julia, and Jerusha later lived in Cattaraugus County. I would appreciate any info on this family, and will gladly trade information on Jemima's family for information about her husband's.
