Shirley Mae Juarez, 81, of Dravosburg, died Wednesday, March 25, 2009, in UPMC McKeesport hospital. She was born May 27, 1927, in Dravosburg. She lived all of her life in the Dravosburg and McKeesport areas. She was a former member of the Auxiliary in Dravosburg. She was daughter of the late Glenn and Ruth Porter Abels; wife of the late Joseph F. Juarez, who died in 2000. Mother of Sona (Thomas) Madera, of Dravosburg, Rendell Juarez, of Dravosburg, Rodney Juarez, of McKeesport, and Kim Gumbert, of McKeesport; a sister, Jeanne Cerra, of Munhall; and four grandchildren. There will be no services or visitation. I. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 Fourth St., Dravosburg, is in charge of arrangements. The family recommends contributions and donations to the family.
