I am researching a John Judge who married Elizabeth Seckington in Brackley in 1797, their son John Judge was born in Brackley in 1802 and I am descended from his daughter Harriet Judge born 1840 in Brackley. Does this Brackley Judge family fit into the Judge family you have been referring to. Thanks

Charlene, I have been reading old posts about Daniel Judge and Mary White. I'm also connected to Barb Reno with the Ruloff/White's in St. Clair county Michigan. I wonder have you been able to pin where in Ireland Mary White is from? Her sister Bridget was my g.g. grandmother. I would be forever grateful if we could somehow just get a lead on where in Ireland. I do plan to visit there sometime and would love to go back to my "roots" when I go. Every year at St. Patty's day I think, "I wish I knew where in Ireland", my husband thinks I'm Irish by wishful thinking, this would prove it to him! :o)

hi some of the names you need to look for are thomas william judge born around 1874. richard judge. george judge. bernard henry judge born 1906. charles ernest judge born 1908 warwickshire my grand father i got to know my grandad well he told us who his grand father was and where they lived that was a great help. stanley ralph judge born 1918. the one who moved to wappenham was thomas or george i cant remember as the book is at my mothers house it took 30 years to finish the family tree keith judge searched around a lot of grave yards and records office the advertiser newspaper has old newspapers good luck

my family are judge and lived in wappenham many years ago. there was family members who lived in brington. and brackley. william judge worked as a under butler for the spencer family in althorp northamptonshire. it is your lucky day that i came across your message as soon as you said wappenham it clicked. my uncle has wrote a book on the judge family going back 350 years it has are family tree in it and family members from wappenham. my uncle who wrote the book is keith judge of long lawford chapel street.near rugby. by the way most of are family live in long lawford near rugby warwickshire. keith judge was once the lord mare of rugby. he gave away some land near is house on chapel street its called judge close kind regards marcus pyper my mothers madien name is judge keith is her brother

My grandfather was William (Willie) Loftus and he was born in 1891 in Philadelphia. He had a sister Elizabeth (Lizzie) who married John Peter Judge in 1907.
I am working on the Loftus tree and saw an email from Larry Fran and I'm sure we are related by I have been unsuccessful contacting him. The email he sent but was dated 2000 and there has been no response from my emails to him. Is anyone else out there looking for this Loftus family?

on 1st. July 1832 in Maidstone
Harriot was about 21 he was about 19
Harriots father William lived at the Latters Building
Wateringbury at the time of the 1851 cencus
He was by then a widower aged 67
I know he was a wheelright
Harriot was stopping with her father on cencus night
two weeks before the birth of her fifth child
my great grandfather Edmund.

I am looking for information on Bridgette Judge Bloomfield,
Born in Ireland about 1840. Her name may also appear as Broomfield. She married William Matthew Bloomfield in Jamestown, Pennsylvania in either 1865. Census information of 1880 has her occupation as a Huckster Shop. William died October 4, 1883 and she applied for a widow's pension in February 1892 at Jersey City, NJ. There was one child of this marriage who died in 1867. We know where William is buried and have visited his gravesite however I have not found any further information on her (date of death, location and where she is buried) Can anyone help us. This is my husband's great great aunt.

Thomas Arthur Judge's (my great-grandfather)naturalization papers indicate that he was born in Keash(sp) County Sligo on 9-22-1871. Census record indicate he came to the US in 1889 or 1892 and settled in Lowell, MA. His wife was Margaret (Maggie) Winn (Wynn?)who came to the US about the same time. I don't ha>e any info regarding parents or siblings. Would appreciate any possible connections or pointers.

I am trying to research a Judge - Crosby family line from Lynn, MA. An Ebenezer Crosby married a Susan Judge in England; they had a son, Samuel whose wife’s name was Lydia, family name unknown. Samuel and Lydia had a daughter, named Mary Ruth, born 28 Jul 1897, in Lynn, MA. USA. I have a photo of Mary Ruth taken at the Reed Studio, Lynn, Mass. on Nov. 18, 1897. Yes, my Thomas was born in Windsor, Buckingham, England in 1798, married Sarah Ann Woodward, had one daughter, Mary Ann, and came to America about 1830. They settled in New York state, had another daughter and four sons. Thomas' father's name was William and as far as I can tell his mother's name was Mary.
Sandy has been helping me out in sending inquiries.

Sandy has been helping me out with inquires ..... My Thomas Judge was born in 1798, Windsor, Buckinghamshire, England.
He married Sarah Ann Woodward. They had one daughter, Mary Ann, when they came to America in about 1830.
But, who knows, your Judge and mine still may be related.
My Thomas has another daughter and four boys, born in New York State.
I don't have much on Thomas' family in England.

John Chapman Judge b. 1797

John Chapman Judge was born in 1797 and joined the 62nd [Wiltshire] Regiment at the age of 16 when the regiment was stationed in Ireland.Almost immediately they left to fight with the Duke of Wellington. John returned to Ireland in 1817 as a consequence of the death of his father, Colonel John Judge. They lived at "Gageborough' [many spellings], parish of Ardnorcher/Horseleap, King's County [now Offaly]. J.C. Judge had a brother Arthur. I am trying to establish whether this particular Arthur Judge was ARTHUR GEORGE JUDGE who lived in Athy, Co. Kildare from about 1830.
This is a key link. If I can establish this relationship I can trace my line.
