I am trying to find out the name of his
first wife (probably married her in NY).
Gershom was in Portage Co., OH before 1830,
in Caldwell Co., MO when the 1840 census was
taken and died in Monroe Co., MO in 1848.
Have his ancestry but not the name of his
first wife. His second wife (married her
in OH about 1807) was Sarah Redden
